Some key points to keep in mind:

-  Coaches must check in 30 minutes prior to the start of their games at the field's registration desk.
-  Coaches MUST bring a SIGNED copy of the roster to each game WITH uniform numbers.

-  If a player is going to miss a game, you need to have a note stating such from the parent & the note MUST include a cell number for verification.
-  If you do not show up at the correct time for your game, you will forfeit.
-  ALL Coaches MUST have a copy of their concussion certification & Safe Sport certification with them at registration and at the field.
-  TIMES TWO policy will be enforced.
-  Make sure you have a parent volunteer for field supervisor duties (see form below).
-  Have your Shootout Form with jersey numbers FILLED OUT prior to the start of the game.
-  Check the Brackets for field location and refer to the Field Locations page for directions and field layouts.
-  Weather could be wet and cold; expect the games to be played no matter what.
-  In case of cold weather, players can wear the appropriate clothes UNDER their uniform.
-  Hoods and draw strings MUST be tucked into the uniform.
-  Refer to below documentation for specifics on registration, rules and forms.
